Jon Gruden Is Getting Crushed For What He Said After The Loss

Jon Gruden Wants You To Believe Khalil Mack 'Didn't Want To Be Here'

The Raiders are opening their season at home against the powerhouse Los Angeles Rams, and they couldn't have gotten off to a better start.

Bergman's takeaways included the second-half offensive turnaround and the Rams' new lock-down corners.

The Rams appeared out of sync from the start, as the Raiders amassed 254 yards of total offense in the first half, including 113 receiving yards by tight end Jared Cook, and took a 13-10 lead into halftime.

"Like a free-style game", said cornerback Aqib Talib, who the Rams acquired in an offseason trade with the Denver Broncos. Peters said. "You see how we looked pretty cool".

Carr signed a five-year, $125 million extension last summer, so it seems unlikely that the franchise would just give up on him.

Monday's game was the first that the Rams' new defense played together competitively. "I don't think we did a good enough job of putting a lot of pressure on him". He never showed up for an OTA, he never showed up for training camp, and it was obvious he wasn't going to show up for the season.
