No Evidence Of Foul Play In Anthony Bourdain’s Death

Speaking of his last few days, Anthony's mother Gladys Bourdain told The New York Times that he was gloomy. She did, however, allow that Bourdain had been "in a dark mood those couple of days" without elaborating. "Success beyond his wildest dreams". She continued praising her friend, who she said "brought a breath of fresh air and a new energy".

Rocquigny said, "There is no element that makes us suspect that someone came into the room at any moment". In his acceptance speech, made by video, Bourdain said, "The world has visited many awful things on the Palestinian people, none more shameful than robbing them of their basic humanity". He was somebody who was generous with his time.

"OutFront" anchor Erin Burnett: "You know, he just was a regular person, you know, in his regular jeans, in his regular shirt". I really can't talk about him.

"He was a diplomat", she said. Bourdain claimed all the best cooks in his NY restaurants came from there. "Bourdain consistently supported Argento on social media and in interviews; while discussing the challenges of finding a home for Parts Unknown that wouldn't violate his self-described "'no-asshole' policy", he slammed Quentin Tarantino for "living a life of complicity and shame and compromise". But you know, I also don't have that many regrets either.

Chef Wan said he broke into laughter when he saw Bourdain's description of him, as the American was initially very reserved.

Anthony Bourdain spent about 250 days per year on the road travelling. In an interview with The Cut, Bourdain confessed he'd partially awakened to how widespread the issue of male predation was when his girlfriend, Asia Argento, confided she was one of disgraced film maker Harvey Weinstein's accusers. "As you might have guessed, I already have an Asia Argento tattoo". "[It's] hard to imagine that he's not just off on some faraway journey, hard to imagine that he'll not return with new stories to tell, new foods to share", he added. Inside, he found that Bourdain had hung himself in his bathroom.

"I'm going to pretty much die in the saddle", he told the magazine in February while filming his show Parts Unknown. He recounted getting drunk and stoned - "the kind of drunk where you've got to put a hand over one eye to see straight" - and said he would "peel out" in his 4×4 on his way back from nightly trips to the brothels. However, Bourdain didn't go on Thursday night. "The guy speaks like a bullet train with all the facts on his palm, delivering what we need to know precisely from his passion for Malaysian heritage cuisine".

"Obama - who shared a $6 meal in Hanoi, Vietnam, with Bourdain during his appearance on "Parts Unknown" - wrote on the micro-blogging website: "'Low plastic stool, cheap but delicious noodles, cold Hanoi beer.' This is how I'll remember Tony.
