Kelly Sued for Sexual Battery, False Imprisonment, Transmitting Sexual Disease

Rodgers says she and Kelly dated for a year, during which he mentally, verbally and sexually abused her, locking her in rooms, studios and cars to punish her for failing to fulfill his sexual desires. During the time with him, Rodgers says Kelly would regularly lock her in secluded rooms and areas as punishment for failing to please him sexually.

According to the lawsuit, Kelly met her after a concert in San Antonio.

Rodgers appeared on CBS This Morning on Tuesday and spoke about her time in R.Kelly's alleged sex cult.

The allegations are the latest in a series of accusations of sexual misconduct against Kelly, who recently became the subject of an online movement to #MuteRKelly. On May 21, Faith Rodgers, 20, filed a lawsuit against the R&B singer at the Supreme Court in NY. Her attorney told TMZ that Kelly is the person who secretly recorded a phone conversation with him attempting to get him to confess to giving her the STD - a story that TMZ ran May 5.

TMZ reported that Rodgers claimed in her legal documents that she met the R&B legend in March of past year in NYC. "So I was just waiting for it to be over".

Rodgers believes Kelly was preparing her to join a group of women she alleges he lives and travels with.

Faith Rodgers also claims to have epilepsy and is accusing R. Kelly of plying her with alcohol, knowing that it aggravated her "epileptic condition". "I kinda just froze up", she said. R. Kelly insisted he calls her "Daddy", and called her his "little doll".

"He goes on to tell me that he raises five women".

During her relationship with the singer, "our client was the victim of several forms of criminal misconduct by Kelly, including, but not limited to, unlawful restraint, furnishing alcohol and illegal drugs to a minor, and aggravated assault (via the referenced intentional STD infection)", Merritt wrote in a press release.

She filed a complaint with the Dallas police on April 5, and plans to file one with the NYPD, Merritt said.

Faith claims she discovered that she had contracted herpes. "I love you because you remind me of them'".

Earlier this month, three other women, Lizette Martinez, Tracy Sampson and Patrice Jones, made similar allegations against Kelly.
