Thandie Newton kicks butt on Season 2 of ‘Westworld

Most of the cast and crew have not spilled much about their characters or what role they will play in the second season-unless you're Ed Harris. In the latest season, the ongoing humans vs hosts battle is set to continue, with Dolores (Evan Rachel Wood) pursuing her new, bloody vendetta against humanity.

Just about every episode of the first season was filled of twists and turns. Over 10 episodes, it slowly peeled back layer after layer of its immersive theme park world until we realized we were watching multiple timelines and we didn't know who was human and who wasn't.

The one-hour drama series Westworld is a dark odyssey about the dawn of artificial consciousness and the evolution of sin. It's really like a human body with the one difference being where we have a brain, they have a CPU. Maeve wanted to activate all the hosts in storage, and she did. The men who once would've overpowered her or taken her captive in another loop are now following her command and fighting for her. Try it out for one week for free with the link below. Dolores, the oldest host in the park, rules without mercy and uses her decades of memories as an arsenal to plan her war.

It's probably not an exaggeration to say that "Mean Girls" was one of the most important cultural events of the noughties. "Which is, she's not going to fulfil the script she's been given, which is to take this train wherever it's going, and do whatever else she's programmed to do". It's loved by so many people; one major fan being Evan Rachel Wood, who actually turned down the chance to star in it. Who are we to step in their way?the hosts, their ambition is to learn a little more about the world outside their world.

Nolan and Joy have confirmed that we'll be visiting another park this season, Shogun World, and there are four other parks that exist under the Delos banner, so there's plenty of room to expand. It also has every episode of Westworld Season 1 available to watch on-demand and, once it begins to air, it'll have every episode of Westworld Season 2 available to catch up on. Anticipation is high-so much so that creators Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy managed to convince fans (and reporters) they were going to release a comprehensive spoiler video ahead of the Season 2 premiere.

It's not hard for your mind to start churning as you watch. Now season two's equally mysterious, unofficial title has been revealed as "The Door'".

Season two begins on Monday 22nd April at 2am on Sky Atlantic, with a repeat at 9pm on Monday. Here's the season 2 trailer.

This is where it could be argued that this is the first time she is truly demonstrating free will, having not followed her programming. In season 2, it's anyone's game now that everyone is on the same level, providing a much more interesting dynamic between the characters.
