Apple to release iPhone 8, 8 Plus with a noble cause

We were hoping that Apple will launch a Product Red iPhone this year as well, the iPhone X in the red variant.

This news was revealed by MacRumors who reported that he has viewed a memo from virgin mobile, who also announced that Apple will announce the phone option on 9th, April.2018. Apple didn't announce a red version of the iPhone X, which remains available in either grey or white.

RED iPhone is a release done to raise funds and awareness to help eliminate HIV/AIDS in eight African countries.

Apple has just taken off the wraps from cool red-colored iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus variants. Looking back, both the phones were launched together with the extremely famous iPhone X back in September 2017. As far as the launch of the latest iPhones is concerned, it has already been six months since the latest iPhones were released and the company will now be planning to release the successors to the last year's iPhones.

As the name implies, these (PRODUCT) RED iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus will be available only in limited quantities.

This joins an existing lineup of iPhone 8 colors such as gray, silver and gold.

Last year, Apple also released a red model of the iPhone 7, which was also associated with HIV and AIDS charity. RED iPhone will be available to order online in select countries and regions tomorrow and in stores beginning Friday, April 13.

The iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus (PRODUCT) RED Special Edition will be available in both 64GB and 256GB storage capacities. They start at $699, £699 or AU$1,079 for the iPhone 8 and $799, £799 or AU$1,299 for the iPhone 8 Plus.

Apple launches the red version of the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus on Monday, with sales starting tomorrow.
