Alabama Crimson Tide receiver Calvin Ridley will enter NFL Draft

Multiple outlets are reporting that Alabama redshirt junior RB Bo Scarbrough will forego his final season of eligibility to enter the 2018 NFL Draft.

He finished his career with the Crimson Tide with 224 passes caught for 2,781 yards and 19 touchdowns.

"Preparing for a life after college football, regardless of what your future may hold, can be a scary proposition for many athletes especially those who DID NOT attend the University of Alabama", Ridley wrote on Twitter. Alabama junior receiver Calvin Ridley and junior defensive lineman Da'Ron Payne are also leaving for the draft. He had 967 yards receiving with 5 touchdowns this season.

The Coconut Creek, Fl. native arrived at Alabama in 2015 and actually had his most productive collegiate year during his freshman campaign, hauling in 89 receptions for 1,045 yards and seven scores.

The Crimson Tide have now won five national titles during head coach Nick Saban's tenure and have made it to six title games, falling to Clemson last season.

He led all Alabama rushers with 1,000 yards and 11 TDs in 2017.
