'PadMan' trailer: Akshay Kumar emerges as the new Indian superhero

Padman Trailer OUT Akshay Kumar's Revolutionary Act Will Win Hearts

After a long wait, Akshay Kumar has finally revealed the official trailer of the upcoming film Padman on December 15, 2017.

The much-talked content of the movie is based on the story of Arunachalam Muruganantham, who invented low-priced sanitary pad making machines.

Going by the trailer, the film is attempting to spread an awareness through the medium of humour. What we liked the most in the trailer were the strong dialogues which were delivered perfectly by Akshay, Radhika and Sonam.

On a lighter note, there's one thing common about both of them - both believe in breaking stereotypes and to see these path-breaker actors in one frame will be such a delightful treat! Based on a true story of India's real Padman Arunachalam Murugananthan, the movie is produced by Akshay Kumar's wife, a former actress, and best-selling writer Twinkle Khanna. They may be called insane by the rest of the world, but it's their insane ideas that end up changing the world ultimately. The trailer starts with the powerful voice of Amitabh Bachchan, from where he starts the trailer by counting the superheroes from all over the world and then he introduces our own superhero PadMan. He just has one funda in his head and that is, the country doesn't become strong because of strong men, but only when it's women become strong.

"Half hour. Half hour man bleeding like woman, they straight dying!"

With intense moments and important messages, Padman is definitely one to look out for in 2018.

With PadMan slated for a Republic Day release, it's high time the movie's trailer was released.
