LaVar Ball Is Removing His Son, LiAngelo, From UCLA

LaVar Ball

Reportedly, LaVar Ball has removed his shoplifting son from the team and school. "He's out of there".

Oldest son Lonzo is a rookie with the Lakers after playing one successful season at UCLA. "So basically they're in jail here", Ball added. Ball is a freshman who hasn't played a game for UCLA yet.

Those options will not include transferring to another school. "The plan is now to get Gelo ready for the National Basketball Association draft".

LaVar Ball told ESPN they exploring their options on where LiAngelo Ball will play next.

One NBA executive was rather blunt about the NBA prospects for Lonzo Ball's younger brother. "I'm taking him and I'm gone", he told the Times. "If I was going to thank somebody I'd probably thank President Xi (Jinping)", LaVar Ball said to CNN's Chris Cuomo. The three players, along with head coach Steve Alford and Athletic Director Dan Guerrero, held a joint press conference November 15 in which they read prepared statements.

As part of their indefinite suspensions, the players haven't been allowed to suit up, practice or travel with the Bruins. Ball has built a business (Big Baller Brand) off the family name by being outspoken and riling up controversy on a near-weekly basis over the past year-plus.

Looks like LiAngelo's career with the UCLA Bruins is over before it could officially begin.

"He's going to be taken care of either way", LaVar Ball said of LiAngelo, and then suggested that LiAngelo could have a future as a model.
