Tyrod Taylor carted to locker room with knee injury

Just how much sleep did Sean Mc Dermott lose this week preparing for the Patriots? Not sure but he knows the history of futility Buffalo holds over the Patriots

Tyrod Taylor is certainly not the long-term answer, and it doesn't look like he's the short-term answer anymore either after getting carted off in the third quarter during a brutal game against the New England Patriots.

It's unclear exactly when Taylor suffered the injury, but he was playing in pain for most of the game after he was slow to get up after taking a sack on the Bills' first offensive possession. At 6-6, the Bills have fallen behind the and must play the Patriots again, on December 24, as they try to find a path to an AFC wild card.

Nathan Peterman completed 6-of-15 passes for 50 yards, zero touchdowns and zero interceptions in the Bills' Week 13 loss to the Patriots.

He was later ruled out with a knee injury.

This was Peterman's first appearance in a game since throwing five interceptions in the first half of a 54-24 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers on November 19.

Rookie coach Sean McDermott made the questionable decision to start Peterman, a fifth-round pick, against the on November 19. He started all but three games in his first two seasons with the team and hasn't missed a game yet this season.
