Vodafone announces cashback up to Rs 2200 on Micromax smartphones

As for launch offers, Vodafone is offering 50GB free data for those who purchase the device. Micromax Bharat 5 biggest highlight is its massive 5000mAh battery. The tagline, it says "Witness the Power of 5", which could mean that the smartphone could sport a large battery backup.

The smartphone offers a 5 MP sensor with an LED flash and even offers a fancy "bokeh" mode. Previously, the Indian brand has launched its Bharat 3 and Bharat 4 smartphones in September. The phone will soon be available from all offline retail stores across the country.

The Bharat 5 has been launched at the affordable price of Rs. 5,555/- only with a bundle offer by partner, Vodafone.

The smartphone will be available for sale from December 7 exclusively on Flipkart and Mi Official website.

However, Xiaomi is also giving a Rs 1,000 discount on the first 50 lakh Redmi 5A phones it sells, bringing down the price to effectively Rs 4,999 and 5,999. In competitive space, the phones have been launched in, the Redmi 5A takes the lead with its pricing strategy.

Inside, Micromax gets you a quad-core MediaTek SoC paired with 1 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. The Bharat 5 runs Android Nougat out of the box.

The smartphone comes with dual-SIM support along with a dedicated microSD card slot (expandable up to 128GB).
