Jimmy Kimmel Brings Up Roy Moore Being "Banned from the Mall"

Jones trying to boost black turnout in Alabama Senate race

Count Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore among the list of Republicans comedian Jimmy Kimmel is now in a spat with - and the feud has escalated to threats of a bout.

Moore's invitation stemmed from a Twitter fight with Kimmel Thursday. It all started when Jimmy Kimmel Live sent Jake Byrd, a fictional character who has appeared on the show before, to crash Moore's speech at the Magnolia Springs Baptist Church, posing as a fake fan. "Don't worry, I can get you in", he said, mocking Moore for the widespread claim he was banned from his local mall for predatory behavior. "Christian is actually my middle name-I know that's shocking, but it's true", he said.

Kimmel read the Twitter exchange during his opening monologue on Thursday night: "And I responded, and he responded back, and I responded again". There is no one I would rather fight than you. It's all on Twitter, but the bottom line is this: I accept the invitation.

"So if you're open to it, when we sit down, I will share with you what I learned at my church", Kimmel explained. I'm going to come to Gadsden, Ala., with a team of high school cheerleaders, okay?

"I'll wear a Girl Scout uniform so you can have something to get excited about."
At my church, forcing yourself on underage girls is a no-no. Those don't exactly scream "Christian values" to me, nor should they to anyone else in this country.

Advisers close to the president are considering flooding Alabama with robo-calls, emails and text messages to mobilize Trump supporters to vote for Moore, Politico reported Wednesday, citing three unnamed people.

Kimmel later noted that if the two were to engage in fisticuffs, he would donate any ticket proceeds to charity. "My charity will be the women who came forward to say you molested them". Roy Moore is never - he's too scared to even debate the guy he's running against, Doug Jones.
