Adepoju wants Super Eagles to end World Cup Qualifiers unbeaten

The Super Eagle of Nigeria fought so hard to wrap up the match at three points but the referee whose decision wasn't sure of made it impossible and the Desert Foxes brought the match to a draw.

"We faced a very tough team from Nigeria, who did not let it go despite their World Cup qualification earned even before this match", Madjer said.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have finished their World Cup qualifier with no defeat as they played out a 1-1 draw against Algeria on Friday night in Constantine.

Nigeria were nearly heading for a win before Yacine Brahimi drew the hosts level from the penalty spot on 88 minutes after Abdullahi was controversially adjudged to have fouled him.

Yacine Brahimi converted from the spot for the hosts' equaliser in the 87th minute after Shehu Abdullahi fouled the Algerian captain in the 18-yard box.

There'll be no better response from the Eagles than a strong showing later tonight in Constantine, before jetting off to Russian Federation to take on Lionel Messi and Argentina in a lavish worldwide friendly Tuesday.
