A police dispatcher, referring to Simpson by his full first name said "Orenthal is here" in an audio recording obtained by U.S. website TMZ, which reported he had become "drunk and disruptive". He claims the hotel made a decision to ban Simpson even before he arrived.

He says Simpson contacted his parole officer the next day and underwent drug and alcohol tests, which were negative.

The hotel in a statement says it does not comment on it guests, according to USA Today.

According to TMZ sources, Simpson had been frequenting bars at the hotel since his release from prison.

He will remain under supervised parole for five years.
