SHO pays price for gifting Radhe Maa seat

Self-styled god-woman Radhey Ma with SHO Sanjay Sharma at Vivek Vihar police station in east Delhi

The senior cop who offered his chair to self-styled god-woman Radhe Maa at his police station has been suspended, ANI reported on Thursday. In this video too, she is dressed in her traditional garish and loud attire with a trident in her hand.

In a photo that has gone viral on social media, Radhe Maa can be seen sitting on the chair of the SHO.

Radhe Maa, the self-proclaimed godwoman is back into headlines and this time, by ridiculing the police department in the eyes of public.

A devotee of the godwoman, who was accompanying her on that day, claimed that the SHO had asked her to stand from the chair when she sat down on it.

Paying obeisance to and prostrating before controversial self-styled godwoman Radhe Maa, who was recently dubbed as a "fake" sadhvi by a national body of seers, has proved costly for personnel of the Delhi police.

Dressed in his favorite red attire, Radhe Maa was reportedly given a floral welcome by SHO Sanjay Sharma.

The SHO was criticised for the incident on Twitter as well.

Following which, SHO Vivek Vihar and an Assistant Sub-Inspector have been placed under suspension and four other police personnel have been sent to district lines.

Pathak said the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police at Shahdara will probe both the incidents. Her long list of controversies include everything from charges of obscenity to hurting religious sentiments and intimidation. After her husband went to Qatar in search of better job, Sukhwinde became a disciple of Mahant Ram Deen Das of Paramhans Dera of Mukerian in Hoshiarpur district.

Further action will be taken after the final findings, said the officer, adding, "The message is loud and clear". So, I allowed her to use the toilet. Radhe Maa was also accused of driving a family of seven to suicide in Gujarat.
