TO to Tango: NFL's Terrell Owens Joins Dancing with the Stars

The new season of Dancing With the Stars premieres Monday, Sept. 18 on ABC. He made the announcement August 24 on Good Morning America and said that he "missed being creative" and is looking forward to "doing what I do best, and it's going to be fun".

Also returning to the ballroom is professional dancer Cheryl Burke.

Season 25 of "Dancing with the Stars" premieres September 18.

"We did a few hours the other day and I gotta say he's got rhythm", Cheryl noted, adding of T.O.'s gridiron experience, "he's all about lights, camera, action - he's a performer". Emma joined DWTS in 2012 as a troupe dancer and became a series pro in September 2013 and has been a pro for seven seasons since.

Only In My Dreams songstress Debbie Gibson will show off her rhythm besides Alan Bersten. The pair, along with their newlywed partners, Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, will be competing head to head.

The cast of "Dancing with the Stars" Season 25 has been announced and includes celebrities such as "Pretty Little Liars" star Sasha Pieterse, Nikki Bella of WWE fame and former National Football League star Terrell Owens.

Pop star Debbie Gibson, "Malcolm in the Middle" actor Frankie Muniz and "Shark Tank" favorite Barbara Corcoran will compete on the 25th season of "Dancing With the Stars".

Actress Sasha Pieterse is partnered with Gleb Savchenko.

The NFL wide-receiver will dance with pro Cheryl Burke and the National Basketball Association vet is paired with the sassy Sharna Burgess.

He's only the second confirmed name for the season after Drew Scott from the show Property Brothers.
