Ryan Tannehill Injured During Dolphins' Practice

Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill suffers apparent leg injury during fall

Tannehill was wearing a brace on the knee during Thursday's practice.

Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reported that the injury was to his leg after going out of bounds.

Fantasy Impact Tannehill left practice under his own power Thursday after sustaining a non-contact injury to his lower body while scrambling to the sidelines. It's hard to say at this point because we don't know how soon Tannehill will be back on the field.

Last season, Tannehill went 8-5 and threw for 2,995 yards and 19 touchdowns.

"I saw him buckle and go down", Dolphins offensive coordinator Clyde Christensen said after practice.

In addition to Tannehill, Pro Bowl running back Jay Ajayi also suffered a concussion during Monday's practice and is now in concussion protocol.

Training camp has barely begun and another key player for the Miami Dolphins appears to have suffered an injury.
