Ramos and Dani Alves advise Neymar to leave Barca for PSG

Valverde Barcelona are counting on Neymar

Neymar #11 of Barcelona reacts in the second half against Real Madrid during their International Champions Cup 2017 match at Hard Rock Stadium on July 29, 2017 in Miami Gardens, Florida.

Neymar appeared to bury the hatchet with Barcelona team-mate Nelson Semedo as the pair were filmed hugging it out following their victory over Real Madrid on Saturday.

"I exchanged my jersey with him, fortunately it will be the last one of Barça", he declared.

"I think he's a great player and a lynchpin for Barcelona, and he'll decide his future". He has not said anything to me and I am not going to talk about personal things, everyone is free to choose their future.

This was nothing more than a pre-season match and obviously wasn't going to affect the overall record between these two old rivals, which stands at 93 wins for Real, 91 for Barcelona - who had won their most recent meeting with Messi's last-gasp victor - his 500th for the club. It would be one less problem for us!'

Having himself joined PSG this summer, Dani Alves is keen to play alongside Neymar in France.

Messi reportedly said farewell to his South American counterpart and wished him well for his new adventure in Ligue 1. "I just want my friend to be happy wherever he is, although if that is here then that's obviously better".

"Right now he doesn't know what to do and we are trying to help him - the ones (on the team) that are more close to him - to take the right decision".

'I try to keep him calm because in these times when you listen to people from all over you can go insane. Decisions are for the fearless and I am the bravest, deciding to leave Barcelona and Juventus.
