Shy Prince George has to be coaxed off plane on royal visit

Which royal has been the busiest in 2017

While Princess Charlotte opted to remain in the comfort of her Mother's arms coming off the plane, her older brother was fearless enough to walk hand in hand with his proud Father.

Princess Charlotte looked adorable in a red and grey floral dress with matching red shoes.

WARSAW, Poland (AP) - The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended a reception in Poland on Monday where Prince William read out a letter from Queen Elizabeth II praising good bilateral ties, at the start of a two-country goodwill trip meant to underscore Britain's intention to maintain friendly relations with the European Union after Brexit.

However, Prince William and Kate Middleton won't be the centre of attention, with it being announced just this week that the royal couple will be bringing their children, three-year-old Prince George and two-year-old Princess Charlotte, along with them.

But during the tour of Poland and Germany the children will only be seen during arrivals and departures in the two countries and possibly one other event.

Landing in Warsaw, George and Charlotte appeared curious, snapped with their faces pressed up against the plane windows.

It was also pointed out that the duke and the duchess hoped to meet "as many people as possible" during this visit.

E! News wrote that once the initial greetings were over, Kate Middleton and Prince William, with the two children, were escorted to Belweder Palace, their base for the time they spend in Poland.

The duke and duchess, who was wearing a white Alexander McQueen skirt suit, met Poland's president, Andrzej Duda, and first lady, Agata Kornhauser-Duda, at the Presidential Palace then took in a tour of Warsaw's Krakowskie PrzedmieĊ›cie street.

Also on Tuesday, they will visit a museum in Gdansk commemorating the Solidarity movement which shook communist rule in the 1980s.

Chancellor Angela Merkel will hold a private meeting with the royal couple in Berlin at the start of the German leg of their tour on Wednesday.

A boat race is planned in the Germany city of Heidelberg, which is twinned with Cambridge.
