Every football fan will undeniably say that they've experienced moments that gave them goosebumps and made the hairs on the back of their necks stand up.

Having struggled for game time, Rooney wasn't able to enjoy the victories as much as he did with trophies in the past.

The match kicks off at 5pm at the refurbished 60,000 seater National Stadium in Dar es Salaam.

"We'll stick to the same tactics that helped us win the Super Cup and our mentality must be stronger against them".

Regarding the specific game that settled any lingering doubts about staying, Rooney clarified the decision: "I started the season doing OK".

With the game having been slated for July 12 at the Taifa Stadium, team Everton landed in Tanzania and photos their interactions and activities have been making rounds on social media.

"You could see the fight, determination and the spirit in this team during the Europa League final and I want to become a part of that", he said.

Another new recruit, England defender Michael Keane, was introduced among a host of changes at the break along with Dowell - a member of England's triumphant Under-20 World Cup side - and Everton had always been in the ascendancy before he found the net.

This historic fixture has been arranged by giant gaming firm SportPesa that sponsors both teams.
