Just because she's a former first daughter doesn't mean that her spring style isn't eminently relatable: Malia Obama is striding into the season with a little shirtdress swagger.

A 30-year-old man is facing possible charges for allegedly stalking and harassing Malia Obama, the New York Daily News reports.

The two Secret Service agents assigned to Obama's detail told him to leave.

The next day, Secret Service agents went to Cardoso's Brooklyn apartment and interviewed him, sources said. Agents believe Cardoso, who they say repeatedly tried to get into the White House in the past, is emotionally disturbed.

Malia, who is the eldest of the Obama daughters, was reportedly slated to start an internship with film producer Harvey Weinstein after attending the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year.

Secret Service reported Cardoso's behavior to the police on Tuesday, and law enforcement officials are now considering whether to bring stalking and harassment charges against Cardoso. It was after this incident that the Secret Service agents apparently realized that Cardosa was a person who had reportedly attempted to enter the White House while her father was still president. Malia has also interned on the set of HBO's "Girls" during the summer of 2015 and also worked as a production assistant for Halle Berry's Steven Spielberg-produced CBS show "Extant". The stalker was then detained and taken to a Brooklyn hospital for a psychiatric evaluation, sources said. She is expected to enroll at Harvard in the fall.
