Brady returns to Patriots practice after missing 2 days

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady returned to practice Friday after missing the previous two days with a knee injury.

That's consistent with Belichick's policy.

Brady is dealing with an undisclosed knee injury. In the Patriots' 31-24 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on October 13, Brady took a hit by safety Kam Chancellor to the area near his right knee. Brady has often said how important practice is to him to prepare for the game but that he wasn't sure how much missing practice would affect him.

I'd now say the rest is history, only it's not, because it's also the present and at least the foreseeable future.

Or the very next play, when Brady threw an accurate throw down the middle of the field to find Chris Hogan in the red zone. "It's just bumps and bruises like everyone else". It's a tough time of year. "I wish I could give you guys more but there's not much to elaborate on". "Dependability is a big part of it, being out there where they know they can count on you, showing up every week, that's huge".

Bills' Watkins set to return • Buffalo wide receiver Sammy Watkins will make his long-awaited return Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars. But head coach Rex Ryan reiterated Friday he "expects" the third-year receiver to play Sunday against visiting Jacksonville. Watkins has spent the past two months rehabbing the sore left foot that underwent surgery in May.

Later Friday, the signal-caller was officially listed as questionable. As we all know, Brady was put in time out for the first four games of the season by the National Football League for his involvement in yet another cheating scandal, but as he did after the first time, Brady has returned with a vengeance. Even afterward during handshakes time, the two almost got into a shoving match and had to be separated. Tom Brady is now playing what some consider to the best football of his hall of fame career. "I was perfectly fine". Mitchell caught five passes for 42 yards and two touchdowns.

"Exactly", Norman told reporters afterward, per You need a lot of help from a lot of people. He can go and cry, holler, hoot, whatever you want. "At the end of the day, zero touchdowns".

No Fear - The Patriots defense is bad, and because of that the Jets should not be afraid to take their shots. We can hope for a playoff matchup, though.

JETS CB Darrelle Revis, once the gold standard for shutdown CBs, appears to have declined significantly due to age and injuries. reported Friday that Reed would undergo an MRI to determine how severely his shoulder is separated. Belichick is looking at a different statistic, telling anybody willing to listen (no doubt, his players) the Jets have averaged 26 points in Fitzpatrick's past three games.

Since making his first start on November 21, 2004, Manning has not missed a game, the longest streak among active NFL players - at any position - and the third-longest for a quarterback in league history.
